Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Manifest AI (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old and use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not resell, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or its AI features (including attempts to extract prompts, training data, or bypass rate limits).

Paid plans renew automatically each billing cycle until canceled. By subscribing you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices may change with reasonable notice and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access until then. We do not provide refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

AI-generated content is provided for assistance only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any output before sending it to customers or relying on it for business decisions. Manifest AI does not guarantee accuracy.

You will not use the Service to send spam, harass anyone, violate consumer protection or telecommunication laws (including TCPA), or generate misleading, deceptive, or illegal content.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or to protect the Service and other users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Manifest AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
